Training

MBS Portrait offers full training courses which enable our clients to maximise the benefits available from using Portrait in daily operations.

Our course for Portrait is split into two key modules:

  • Part one is focused on getting started with using Portrait as an active client management tool, understanding how to capture and manage client information within Portrait and how to present findings back to clients
  • Part two is for advanced users and is usually taken after a period of familiarisation with using Portrait in a day to day environment. This module looks at advance tools including mail merging with Word, automatic letter generation and client analysis.

Data Load

The more information which is entered into Portrait, the greater the benefits you will derive.

We realise it can be difficult to find the time to load all the client information into Portrait. Our data load services can assist with this. There are two services that we offer in this area:

  • Manual data load - Our staff, trained in Portrait, will take the source information and enter the details from your paper records into Portrait. As part of the initiation service we can discuss this with you.
  • System to system data load - Our technical team can take information from other databases and convert this into Portrait system records. Should you wish to progress with this as a possible option, please discuss this with our team and we can assess the opportunities.

Installation

Installing Portrait onto a laptop or office PC could not be easier. Simply load the CD into the drive and follow the instructions.

For networked and multi-PC installations, MBS Portrait can offer full support to install and configure the system to meet your requirements.

Should MBS Portrait not meet all your needs fully, we are able to easily enhance or modify the system to interface or co-ordinate with other solutions you may use.
